SHIPPING POLICY
All gift card orders are treated and shipped within a delay of 48 business hours by the Société des Attractions Touristiques du Québec (SATQ), located at 4545, Pierre-De Coubertin Ave, Montréal (Qc) H1V 0B2.
A $5 fee will be added to orders shipped within Canada (or $7 for orders shipped outside of Canada). Regular delivery by Canada Post can take 4 to 7 business days starting from the shipping date, depending on the address.
The SATQ cannot be held responsible for replacing or honouring the card if it is lost or stolen.
RETURN POLICY
Gift cards are non-reimbursable. No returns are accepted.
